Learning new ways of moving so you feel better and perform better through Feldenkrais® private sessions (also called Functional Integration®) is not a "one-and-done" thing.
To help smooth your way, and to encourage your long-term process, I am now offering a discount on private sessions when you buy them in a bundle. This 6-session package must be used within three months. Stagger your sessions or group them closely together—it's up to you.
If you would like to avoid incurring credit card fees, contact me about purchasing a series with cash, check, Venmo, Zelle or Paypal.
